Shipping Policy
All items are made-to-order. This means when you place your order, we print that item just for you, making it more sustainable as we don't hold the inventory.
We use various suppliers that can provide the best quality on the market. Depending on which item you ordered, the shipping time may vary.
We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Our products ship typically within about a week, sometimes somewhat longer around holiday times. You will receive your tracking as soon as your order is shipped. Multiple items may be shipped separately.
Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date. Possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
- Incorrect address
- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
If you did not receive your package as promptly as our website stated, we will give resend per your asking. Please email us at colortwine@gmail.com and we’ll make it right!
Incorrect Address
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:
- If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
- We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender. The returned orders will be donated to charities and will not be returned to our warehouse. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.
- If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen or damaged.

Shipping Time
For most products, processing time is 3-5 business days.
Shipping time is 5-10 business days. Delays may occur during the peak holiday season. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed but a tracking number will be provided after the item is shipped.
There may be extra charges for remote areas, oversized parcels and multiple quantities.
